Summer Zephyrs Strength and Conditioning | High School & Middle School

The Strength and Conditioning program will be run by IronForge Fitness-Training. Owner Brandon Barker and his staff will lead the programs.

Our summer strength and conditioning will be offered for Middle School Students and High School Students.

SMC High School Students (Entering Grades 9-12 Fall of 2024)
Must be enrolled at SMC High School to Participate
Classes are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (3 days) each week
Tuesdays and Thursdays – Strength and Power
6:00-7:00am – Senior/Junior Boys
7:00-8:00am – Senior/Junior Girls
8:00-9:00am – Sophomore/Freshman Boys
9:00-10:00am – Sophomore/Freshman Girls
Wednesdays – Speed, Agility & Conditioning
All Boys/Girls – 7:30-9:00am
Class starts June 11 and will conclude on August 1
(No classes the week of July 1-4)

SMC Middle School Students (Entering Grades 6-8 Fall of 2024)
Must be enrolled at SMC Middle School to Participate
Classes are Monday and Wednesday (2 days) of each week – 9:00am – 10:00am
Class starts June 10 and will conclude on July 31
(No classes the week of July 1-4)

Registrations deadline is May 10, 2024.

High School Cost $100.00
Middle School Cost $50.00

Students (students outside of SMCS are welcome and encouraged to participate) have the opportunity to maintain and improve their athletic skills during the summer months through our exciting summer camps.

ZFL (Zephyrs Flag Football League)

Lead by the Head Coach of the SMCHS Varsity Football Zephyrs, this flag football league is designed for 3-6 grade male and female student athletes interested in learning the foundational skills of football utilized by the SMCMS and SMCHS programs as well as leadership, teamwork, speed, and agility.

• Program Dates | Saturdays, August 17 – September 21 (No League on 8-31-24 – Labor Day Weekend)
• Grades 3-4(Fall of 2024) | 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m., Grades 5-6(Fall of 2024) | 10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m.
• Game | Friday, September 20 during varsity halftime
