St. Mary Catholic High School, located at 1050 Zephyr Drive in Neenah, will be the site of the SMCHS VEX Robotics Championship on Saturday, January 6, 2018. Admission to this tournament is free.

Thirty-two teams from around the region will compete to earn spots in the state competition and win the coveted tournament awards. Four teams from St. Mary Catholic’s VEX Robotics program will compete.

Concessions, including hot food and beverages will be available throughout the day. In addition, a complimentary team service center will be set up to assist any team that may need technical help.

Club Mentors Greg Cheslock and Dave Levine agree that hosting this tournament is one of the club’s favorite activities in the busy competition season. “In addition to competing on their home turf, the team really enjoys providing hospitality to other teams through the team service center. They also love showing younger people the excitement and opportunities in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education!”, Levine stated.
