After two years of virtual events, excitement is high to gather in person at Zephyrfest 2022 on Saturday April 30 at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton.  Whether you’re planning to attend this premier fundraising event or are looking for ways to support St. Mary Catholic Schools from wherever you are, this list of frequently asked questions will help point you in the right direction.

Can I still purchase a ticket for Zephyrfest?

Tickets are no longer available, as Zephyrfest 2022 reached capacity in March. You can still participate in the fun and support St. Mary Catholic Schools by purchasing sweepstakes entries, and bidding on silent auction items. You do not need to be present to win any of our silent auctions or sweepstakes.

What should I wear?

Cocktail attire is appropriate for Zephyrfest. Dress your best and prepare to make memories and take photos with family and friends.

Where can I park?

The Red Parking Garage located on the corner of Lawrence Street and Superior Street is conveniently located across the street from the Fox Cities Exhibition Center.

Parking in the ramp is $5 for more than 4 hours.

What time should I arrive?

The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with a hosted bar (until 6:30 p.m.) and a chance to explore the auction offerings in person. Volunteers will be on hand to sell basket raffle tickets, additional sweepstakes entries, and chances to play our games. Arriving at 5:00 p.m. will allow you time to visit with old friends and make new ones before dinner is served at 6:30 p.m.

What’s for dinner?

Dinner will be served following a musical performance and prayer, beginning at 6:30 p.m. Guests can enjoy this time to visit with friends, before our feature presentation begins at 7:15 p.m.

What can I expect after dinner?

Zephyrfest is an opportunity to celebrate what makes SMCS special and join together to ensure our schools remain strong.

If you’re attending in person, your Zephyrfest 2022 experience includes:

Compelling stories: Meet two SMCHS alumni who will share how being a Zephyr set them up for success in their collegiate journey.

Raffles: Kick off the warmer weather with a new grill. Rev up your mornings with a top of the line Keurig. Sample new wines all summer long. Enjoy some of the Fox Valleys finest restaurants. All of this could be yours for the price of a lucky raffle ticket!

Live Auction: The best of the best items are reserved for our live auction, only available to our in person attendees. From five star vacations to once in a lifetime experiences, you won’t believe what’s up for grabs.

Musical Entertainment: A celebration isn’t complete without music! We’ll provide the soundtrack for an evening of memories with performances by SMCHS Senior Eden Marshall, SMCS Choir Director Andrew Dahlberg, and Big Band ensemble Sentimental Swing, featuring SMCS Band instructor Dave Sawall.

I cannot attend in person. How can I take part in Zephyrfest 2022?

Our sweepstakes and silent auction offerings are designed to allow SMCS supporters near and far to participate in the excitement of Zephyrfest. Click the images below to purchase your sweepstakes entries by Thursday April 28. (Sweepstakes entries will still be sold at the in person event.)

Anyone can bid on items in the Zephyrfest Silent Auction. Bidding will open on Wednesday April 27. Those attending Zephyrfest will receive a custom personalized link to the bidding site. This link should not be shared with anyone because it is tied to your Zephyrfest bidding number.  If you are not registered to attend, you will find a link to get started bidding on the main Zephyrfest page when the auction opens on Wednesday.
