Recently, George Mueller (SMC Class of ’79) and Mark Hoheisel (SMC Class of ’78) combined their considerable professional talents as a woodworker and a professional painter/finisher, respectively, and built this beautiful altar for the fine arts education center. Built and stained to match the woodworking in the theater, this gift was blessed by Bishop Ricken  last week (pictured), and is now ready for Mass. It will be used regularly for high school, middle school and system-wide liturgies. Thank you, Gentlemen, for this beautiful gift!
