¡Muy buenas! My name is Caitlin Fritsch and I have been a Spanish teacher for SMCS since 2010. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2010 with a degree in Spanish Education, English as a Second Language, and Bilingual Education. I have enjoyed continuing my education by taking classes in technology and attending world language conferences, seminars, and workshops to improve my teaching techniques and strategies as a language teacher.
In my free time, I love to run, and spend time with my family. One of our favorite things to do is walk our dog together! We also love to go up north and fish, bike, swim, kayak, make S’mores around a campfire, and watch outdoor movies on the projector! I also enjoy traveling and have gone to places such as Spain (to study abroad), Costa Rica (with SMCS students!), Mexico, Puerto Rico, France, and many islands in the Caribbean.
I am thrilled to be at SMCS for another amazing year! It is wonderful to see such well-rounded and kind-hearted students come into my classroom. Being in a faith-filled school is a major factor in helping students grow to be caring, loving, intelligent, faithful adults and I am so happy to be a part of it!
Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns!
