The St. Mary Catholic Schools (SMCS) S.T.E.M. Club and the SMCS Project Lead The Way advisory group are pleased to welcome science enthusiasts of all ages to the first SMCS S.T.E.M. Saturday event! S.T.E.M. is an acronym for science, technology, engineering and math, and will be the focus of the experience.

On Saturday, March 18 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at St. Mary Catholic Middle School, guests are invited to attend this event that will include hands-on demonstrations and activities, as well as displays by the high school’s well-known VEX robotics teams, VEX IQ, FIRST Lego League and Project Lead The Way.

Activities and demonstrations from the areas of aeronautics, electronics, ham radio and robotics will be featured, and two flight simulators will be available for aspiring pilots to try their skills!
