St. Mary Catholic High School (SMCHS) competes in the Fox Valley Math League, a consortium of eighteen schools (nine small and nine large) that compete every month between October and March of each school year. Following the last meet of the school year, the team finished in second place overall in the small school division. SMCHS Junior Erik Meier was chosen as one of only eight first team all-conference competitors, finishing the season in second place in cumulative scoring among all competitors. Senior CeCe Kraukramer was named to the second team all-conference. At the junior varsity meet, the SMCHS team took first place in the small school division. Congratulations to the Zephyrs team on a great season!

SMCHS students who participated as math team members at various times, contributing to the second place finish in the conference are Josh Hopwood*, Max Hunt, Joe Kerwin, Michael Kerwin*, CeCe Krautkramer, Jordan Lacey, Erik Meier, Ruth Meier*, Morgan Miao, Will O’Brien, Nick Purcell*, Maya Stahler* and Alex Ullrich. Those with an asterisk following their names also competed on the team that won first place in the junior varsity meet.
