One event, creating community – it’ll be an evening to remember as you join together with the rest of the SMCS community for the inaugural All Aboard event on October 16, 2021!
On October 16, from 5-7 p.m., begin the casual evening out with a pig roast tailgate dinner, drinks, and live music, presented by Miron Construction, outside of St. Mary Catholic Middle School. The evening continues with All Aboard from 7-10 p.m. with live music, paired food and drinks, silent auctions, raffles, event boards, and conversation and community with other SMCS parents and supporters inside the St. Mary Catholic High School Commons and Jane Bergstrom Fine Arts Center Lobby.
Registration is now open here and offers three ticket options to meet the interests, schedule, and appetite of every individual, couple, or group attending.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available here to support SMCS, raise awareness about your business, and get admission into the events included.
Exciting raffle, silent auction, and event board options will be announced in the coming weeks for browsing, bidding, and winning!
Over the past decade, SMCS elementary and middle school campuses hosted individual fundraiser events to benefit the needs of each school. Led by dedicated and passionate Zephyrs parent volunteers from across our school community and in collaboration with SMCS administration and staff, SMCS is thrilled to launch this joint elementary schools and middle school fundraiser this October. Funds raised from All Aboard will bolster annual operating budgets, academic development, financial aid, technology, and classroom upgrades for the four campuses. The community’s support of All Aboard ensures that SMCS continues to provide an exceptional educational experience to every student and to fulfill its mission of preparing and inspiring students to lead meaningful lives, rooted in the teachings of Christ and our Catholic tradition.
