Before athletes may practice, they must turn in a WIAA physical form (or alternate year form), athletic emergency contact form, a co-curricular permission form and a concussion education form.  These forms must be turned into the athletic office.


After the ground thawed in the spring of 2016, a flurry of activity began on the campus of St. Mary Catholic High School and Middle School! Among the exciting developments underway are a new softball field, the creation of a practice field and future construction of an equipment storage building with room for team gatherings.
