Each school holds an annual fundraiser planned and hosted by parent committees to support student activities and campus enhancements. In addition, SMCS hosts a system-wide fundraiser in November where school families and Zephyrs supporters come together for a night of fun and camaradarie.
TASTE! A BREWFEST EVENT
TASTE! A Brewfest Event is St. Gabriel Elementary’s largest fundraiser of the year. Past proceeds have provided tuition assistance and educational resources such as Smart boards for classrooms, playground maintenance, school office communication equipment, new desks, cafeteria tables, computers, student field trips and more! Formerly known just as Brewfest, TASTE! A Brewfest Event was been re-imagined as a fresh new and enjoyable evening that was highly successful.
WINES AROUND THE WORLD
Join us for this perfect night to catch up with friends and shop the hundreds of silent and live auction items at St. Margaret Mary‘s Wines Around The World–A Night on the Town. The date for the next Wines Around the World is Saturday, February 24, 2018. Visit Wines Around the World to become a sponsor or purchase tickets.
St. Mary Elementary School hosts a special evening each year to raise funds for the school. This year’s annual Winter Escape fundraiser will take place on Friday, January 26, 2018, with an exciting theme!
MEET ME IN THE MIDDLE
Meet Me in the Middle is an important event, both as a way to raise money for special projects in the school, and as a way for St. Mary Catholic Middle School parents to gather in a casual atmosphere and get to know one another and the school’s faculty and staff. Thanks to all who helped make the 2017 MMITM a wonderful success!
Each spring, St. Mary Catholic Schools hosts Zephyrfest, a spectacular evening of fine food, music and a dazzling array of silent and oral auction offerings, Zephyrfest helps to defray the operational costs of the entire school system. This highly successful event requires the participation of more than one hundred dedicated volunteers. Zephyrfest 2018 will be held on April 21, 2018 at the new expo center in Appleton!
In November of each year, the SMCS community gathers for our one-and-only system wide fundraiser. A new concept, Z-Night, was introduced to promote unity and fellowship among our entire SMCS community–alumni, school families, parishes and community supporters. In addition, all new inductees to the SMC Athletic Hall of Fame are honored on this special evening. With a lower admission fee, plenty of fun games and yummy food, Z-Night is a casual and festive event for all adults to enjoy, with all proceeds going toward facilities maintenance, purchasing curriculum materials and supporting our SMCS students. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend this evening of fun, faith and friends!
