SMCS BOOSTER CLUB
WELCOME to the St. Mary Catholic Schools Booster Club! Our organization has the important mission of raising money to support the multitude of co-curricular activities at all St. Mary Catholic Schools campuses. Our schools offer an impressive number and variety of co-curricular organizations and activities, and more than 90% of students at the middle and high school levels participate, most in two or more activities ranging from athletics and robotics to math activities and forensic teams. Dollars raised are used to fund expenses such as athletic trainers and referees, new uniforms, sports equipment, materials and supplies for co-curricular groups and field maintenance.
Working closely with our athletic directors and coaches, this parent organization is essential to the success of our schools’ programs, and the participation of every parent is crucial in making such support possible!
Support our teams and the SMCS Booster Club by ordering team seasonal apparel (not dress code compliant). Scroll to the bottom of the apparel page to print out an order form for this season’s sports fan wear. Clothing exclusive to Booster Backers is also available via that page.
Support the SMCS Booster Club!
Take a look at the ways in which you can play a visible role in supporting our SMCS students in their athletics and co-curricular involvement. This brochure outlines the benefits of becoming a Booster Backer or showing your support in the seasonal sports and activities books or on an on-site banner. After reading about the options, download the commitment/order form and submit it to Adam Bates, SMCS athletics and activities director.

VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS FOR MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL FAMILIES
SMCS Booster Club has more than 2,000 volunteer slots to fill each year! Because every co-curricular athletic activity and club benefits from Booster Club funds, families of participants in every activity are expected to help. Families are expected to use our SignUp Genius links to fill five volunteer spots per student, per co-curricular activity (to a maximum of 20 spots per family annually). Enjoy the flexibility of signing up for any activity during any season—you are encouraged to volunteer in other areas and seasons so that you can watch your own son or daughter when they are participating in their activities!
Sign up to volunteer for high school or middle school athletic events and co-curricular activities! Click on the link and then use the tab to choose the sport or activity you’d like to help with.
In order to provide the best opportunities for students,
we need the support and assistance of every family!
